About us
KAIC TO Ventures is a venture investment arm of KAIC (Korea Asset Investment Capital), a subsidiary of MDM Group. MDM Group, established in 1998, has led various initiatives in property development and RE finance and is now making another meaningful step in venture investment space via KAIC TO Ventures.
We are a team of extensive experiences in research and investment in various sectors from careers at asset management, venture capital, consulting, accounting, corporate, and securities firms.
We have started our investment journey with a passion to bring positive changes to the world via supporting startups founded by great minds. We know this very passion will eventually be delivered together with performance to our investors.

We are sector and stage agnostic, but again, our focus is on positive changes with global competitiveness, including environmental improvement, healthier and longer lives, better mobility, business efficiency, data security, more convenient and safer daily living, and digitization.
Capital is important in every stage of companies' buildup and growth, and every country is at a different level of venture ecosystem maturity. Korea is rather lacking scale-up level capital support, and our focus also covers this growth stage together with earlier stage of company build up.
The beauty of venture investment is that all participants need to help each other and work together for the same goal, rather than competing. We aim to arrive at our destination with great-minded startups and peer investors through warm-hearted collaboration.
